Hello, my name is Christy and I am the Office Manager at Complete Wellness and one of Dr. Angie's Chiropractic Assistants. 
 
I grew up in SE Iowa. I have lived in Des Moines for over 10 years after I earned my Masters of Science at the University of Iowa. I previously stayed home with my two children before joining Dr. Angie's practice. In that time, I earned my Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher's certifications and am a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. 

I have been a patient of chiropractic care my whole life and it is now an honor to be part of Dr. Angie's practice to get to be part of the healing of her patients.

I currently reside in West Des Moines with my husband and my children, Nile and Maeven. I enjoy being outdoors, gardening, yoga, watching movies, and learning more about holistic healthcare.
